300grm prawn
2potatatoes
200grm pointed gourd
2 tbspmustard seeds paste
1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Wash and marinate the prawn with salt and turmeric powder
2

Heat oil and shallow fry the prawns
3

Heat oil and fry the potatoes and gourd adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Cover and allow to be soft, add mustard seeds paste and coconut
5

Mix well,add water and boil along with the prawns
