Aloo lachha bhajiya
Steps

Peel & grate raw potatoes.

Rinse the grated potatoes to remove starch.

Pat dry the potatoes.

In a mixing bowl add potatoes along with all the other ingredients mentioned above except oil. (No need to add water).

Heat oil in a wok.

In a oil add small small size of pakode and fry it until brown colour.
- 7
Serve hot with sauce and kadak chai.
