  • Sliced potatoes
  • Boiled githeri
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Ginger
  • Capsicum
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooking dish add your sliced onions and cooking oil and cook till the onions are golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes,Carrots,Capsicum and ginger into the cooking dish,mix and cook for 2minutes

    Add ur sliced potatoes and salt to taste.Add one glass of water and the boiled githeri.cook for 20minutes at medium heat.Enjoy with a cup of juice
