Ingredients

  • 1Onion
  • 5garlic cloves
  • 2Cubed carrots
  • 5PC's Potatoes
  • 3 leavescabbage
  • 1/2 tspTumeric
  • 1 tbsGhee oil
  • to tasteSalt n pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean, peel and chop as required.

  2. 2

    Fry the onions in ghee oil. Add tumeric and stir.

  3. 3

    Add the garlic and potatoes and let them cook.

  4. 4

    When potatoes are about to get ready add the carrots and cabbage leaves and let simmer.

  5. 5

    Season and serve as desired. Enjoy.
