4 piecesBeef T-bone
1 tbspRaw papaya
3 tbspTikka boti masala
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
3 tbspMelted butter
2 tbspLemon juice
3 tbspOil olive
For butter sauce:
1 tbspCrushed garlic
pinchSalt
1 tbspCrushed red chillies

Mariante the beef with above ingredients for a day or 5 to 6 hours

Mix all the ingredients of the sauce

Grill the t-bones and spread the sauce well on both sides
