Wash the poha nicely and keep it aside for around 5 mins..

Put some oil in a pan and wait till it's get heated...Now add peanuts to be fried and once it’s golden-brown keep it out in a bowl for sometime and in the same oil add the chopped onions wait till golden brown..now add chopped green chillies and curry leaves to cook well..

Once the vegetables are properly cooked,add the red chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder to the pan to give the poha flavours.

Now add the washed poha and the fried peanuts and mix it well.

Poha is ready to serve and garnish with coriander if u want to
