Steps

Lightly toast sesame for a minute to release the aroma. Make sure they don't burn.

In a grinder add the sesame.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Add a teaspoon of salt.

Grind for a minute; open lid & mix. Grind again a few times with breaks to get a smooth paste.

Add more oil if needed for a smooth texture.

Add salt if needed.
