Phirni(sooji kheer)
Steps

Heat ghee in pan, then add the cashew nuts, badam, pista, walnuts and raisins. Slightly roast them and remove from pan.

In the same pan, add the sooji and roast it with remaining ghee.

Once the sooji gets roasted, add milk.

Stir well and Cook the sooji in milk. If it is too thick, add little water.

Now add the sugar and cardamom.

Stir the sooji kheer continuously without any lumps.

When the kheer gets thicken, add the roasted nuts and raisins.

Also add the milkmaid and mix well.

Serve hot or warm.
