A traditional sweet, mostly made in northern Nigeria, to me Gullisuwa is Bae, Crispy milky goodness...

In a bowl, mix the milk and sugar.

Add little water to the mixed milk in order to make the dough.the dough should not be watery but not much thick.

Rub your two hands with little oil, take a little of the milk douhg to make the ball shape and drop in a plate or container.

After finishing making the ball shape, set it aside for at least 2 hours before frying.

Set your oil on a medium flame, when the oil is hot, you should reduce the flame to be low in order to deep fry your Gullisuwa.

Fry until you it's golden brown in colour, get a tissue or paper put on a plate to drain the excess oil.
