Take a big bowl mix semolina and besan / gram flour and curd well,now add salt, sugar into it and mix well with water and make smooth batter,

Now keep it aside for 1 hr,again add eno,and grease the pan with oil now put this better in a greased container and steam it for 10 mins,,

After 10 minutes, it is ready cool it,and saute some veggies in another pan
- 4
Now take a pan for tadka and heat a oil and put rai curry leaves and green chilli saute it and put it over the dhokla,now serve it with sev and saute veggies,it's ready to serve,😊
