Make a paste of curd with a pinch of salt and chat masala and stir it well till it become a smooth paste.

Take a pan and add clarified butter with mustard and chopped onion and fry it till it become little pinkish in colour. Then mash the boiled potato and add it to the pan with turmeric powder. Now add chat masala and salt according to taste and mix it well. Now our stuffing is ready.

Now cut the bread with any bowl in a circular shape. Now add potato stuffing on one side of the bread and put it on the non stick pan to bake the potato stuffed side. Now put curd paste on opposite side of bread and bake it with a bowl covered over it. When the potato seem to be well cooked slowly and patiently took it from the pan and put it on the serving plate. Garnish it with coriander. Serve it with traditional green chutney.
Best taste hot so immediately serve to taste the delicious dish.
