  • 1 cupleftover boiled rice
  • 1/2 cupsliced pineapple
  • 1onions
  • 1 tablespoonsultanas
  • 1 tablespooncooking oil

  1. 1

    In a pan add onions and oil let it cook

  2. 2

    Add pineapple and stir let it cook for a minute.

    Add the left over rice. Stir for few minutes add sultanas and serve with vegetables and salad
