Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk to it. Boil the milk at low flame and keep stirring. Cook the milk till it's reduced to 1/4. Add sugar, condensed milk and cardamom powder. Add almonds and Kaju. Transfer rabri in a serving bowl and add Gulab Jamun. Serve hot or chilled as you wish.
