Ingredients

  • Onion, sliced
  • Green pepper, sliced
  • Baby corn
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Carrots, sliced
  • Garlic cloves x2, minced
  • 1/4 cupSoy sauce
  • cubeVegetable stock
  • Noodles of your choice, cooked

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your vegetables. Heat some oil in a pot and then sliced onions and garlic. After a minute add the rest of the vegetables and mix. Keep stirring till vegetables are cooked

    When vegetables are ready add black pepper, soy sauce, stock cube, and noodles. And that’s all there is to it!
