Soak earmushroom overnight or over 4 hours, then chop into small pieces

Marinate about 5 mins of sliced pork in corn stach with a little bit of soy sauce and salt, pepper, and vegetable oil

Heat the pan and add clove of garlic and then in with pork, 2-3 mins untill pork is nearly cooked, put aside in a cold plate

Now add a little more oil to fry the ear mushroom for about 2 mins,in with the pork, keep stir fry for further 3 mins, add salt and soy sauce and pepper to taste, add in fresh pepper.

When the meat is tender and nice, add chopped spring onion. Done!
