Ingredients

4 Pie Muffins
  1. 4Lge Eggs
  2. 3 SprigsSpring Onions/Shallots (Chopped)
  3. 50 gHam (Shreded/Diced)
  4. PinchParsley Flakes
  5. to tasteSalt & Pepper
  6. Garlic &/or Onion Salt or Hot Sauce (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wisk Eggs then add all remaining ingredients. Stir well & then scoop into PM trays (I have KMart 4 Pie Maker).

  2. 2

    Cook for 7-8min..

  3. 3

    Remove from PM onto paper towel & eat or add to a container & refrigerate for later.
