In a pan take milk (left 1 cup milk) now turn on the flame when ur milk starting thick consistency (just 1/3) now reduce the heat.

Let's cool completely.

In a bowl take white flour, thick milk, semolina mix it properly without any lumps make a smooth batter now keep it aside

Now heat the pan take sugar and water make and crushed green cardamom make a sugar syrup now turn off the flame.

Now heat the frying pan with pure ghee then take a spoonful mixture drop in hot oil now deep fry it on lower to medium flame.

Now remove the plate.

Now pour the sugar syrup for 5 mins.

Now remove the sugar syrup then lightly coat with sugar powder.

Again take a second bowl put on all coated pieces then again pour the sugar syrup and at last garnish with some chopped pistachios.

Now rest for 1 hour because all the malpuas will absorb the syrup nicely.
