In a bowl sift the flour and add all the remaining dry ingredients.stir well then add the butter and eggs. Use your fingers to give it a nice mix, until the mixture looks crumbly. Add some water bit by bit to make a dough.knead well and cover to rest for 30mins. Knead again,roll flat and cut into desirable sizes.

Deep fry till golden brown in hot oil.
