  • Salt
  • Red pepper
  • Crushed ginger
  • Curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take gobhi and grate it

  2. 2

    Put grated ginger in gobhi

  3. 3

    Put salt and red pepper.

  4. 4

    Now take dough and full it with gobhi and make parantha

  5. 5

    Heat from both sides on tawa

  6. 6

    Serve with curd.
