Ingredients

  1. 400 gflour
  2. 250 gbutter
  3. 250 gsuger
  4. Lemon juice +zest+essence
  5. Raspberry food color +essence
  6. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 5eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Grease pan and heat your oven to 180d

    Mix suger and butter until pale and Fluffy, add egg one at a time while beating till the last egg.

    Add the lemon zest mix,, and flour bit by bit and whip,, and milk to make it smooth.

    Separate the paste into two bowls,, add the lemon essence and lemon juice in one bowl and mix,, in the other add the raspberry essence and colour and mix till incorporated.

    Pour your mixture in your baking tin and mix them however you like making sure you don't your object does not touch the greased pan. Let it cook for 45mins until a skewer comes out clean
