Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoak bajra
  • 1 cupsoak greenmoong
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbspchopped green corrienderleaves
  • 1 tspcuminseeds
  • 1"grated ginger
  • 1 tspoil
  • To tastesalt

Steps

    Take a grienderjar add add bajra,moong,&salt griend it to make a paste.Rest it 20 mints.

    After 20 mints add chopped greenchilli,chopped ginger,cuminseeds&chopped corrienderleaves mix well.Heat a tawa greased oil pour a laddle ful of batter spread it &cook nicely.

    When ever the one side is cook nicely than flip the other side.Bajra Moong ki chilla is ready to serve. Serve it with coconut chutney.I can serve it with carrot,coconut,cucumber,curd raita.
