Take a frying pan pour 2 tbsp oil put onions, corn green peas and stir well.place lid for 4 minutes.

Now add cumin powder, coriander powder,salt and saute again. (Other way is replace powders with soya sauce,vengar and saute well).keep this ingredient aside.

Put plain dosa on tawa. Layer 1 : sprinkle gunpowder.

Layer 2: spread grated cheese.

Layer 3: after dosa is crisp spread the prepared corn veggies ingredient on to it.

Layer 4: grated thick cheese

Now flip dosa (close it then flip) fry once. Serve with chutney of your choice.
