For chicken preparation: take all the ingredients in a pan and add water, cover lid and cook for 15 mins or till chicken is tender.

Let it cool and then shred the chicken and remove all the bones

Gravy: heat oil and butter in a kadhai... add onions and fry till light brown then add tomatoes... cook for 2 mins... then add ginger garlic paste.. cook on medium.flame for 2 mins... then add all the dry masala powder.. add a little water and cook till oil leaves the sides of kadhai.

Then add cashew paste and a little water and mix.. then add the shredded chicken, garam masala,cream and kasuri methi to it... cook for 5 mins till everything is combined well.

Garnish with chopped green chillies, coriander and cream. Serve hot with naan and kulchas
