Thandai Orange Mousee....no Gelatin

Boil milk and cream.Now add chocolate and boil until thicken.

Add 3 tsp thandai masala.When it becomes thick cool it little and transfer into the glass. And keep for 2 hours in the freezer

Now take orange.Peel it and boil with sugar.

Sieve it then again boil with 4 tbsp orange juice and 2 tbsp orange marmalade.

Until mix properly add 1 tbsp corn flour on it..

When it becomes thick cool it nicely then transfer in the thandai glass in side portion.Again put in the fridge to become freeze.

Garnish with cherry or white chocolate crush and enjoy the different and new taste of mousse...
