Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes

Dry roast coriander,cumin, peppercorns, Cinnamon and cardamom. Grind along with small piece of onion, ginger and garlic.

Take oil in cooker add Chillies and sugar. Gradually add matar,aloo onion. Then add grinded masala. Gradually add rice, haldi and Salt. Fry for 10 minutes. Adds chilli powder and chopped coriander. 2 cups of water, cover the lid and cook for 2 whistles.
