Cut the eggs in thick slices.

Heat oil in a pan with thin-sliced onions & cubed capsicum pieces. Saute till it becomes little pink.

Now add tomatoes & all the ingredients. Cook till tomatoes become mushy.

Add egg pieces mix well.Cook for 2 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with Dal & chapati.
