Homemade Mac & Cheese!

Ingredients

  1. Halfbag of elbow pasta
  2. Pinchsalt and pepper
  3. Teaspoonpaprika
  4. 5 cupswhole milk
  5. 2 cupssharp cheddar cheese (or as much cheese as you want 😀)
  6. 1/2 cupbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt 1 tbs of butter in large pot. Pour in 5 cups of milk. Add salt,pepper and paprika. Let boil and reduce heat.

    Stir in pasta. Let boil and stir frequently. You will notice the sauce start to thicken and your noddles will be cooked.

    Take pot off the heat. Add cheese and remaining butter. Stir and serve!

so instead of boiling the pasta in water u boil it in the milk ? just wanted to make sure it wasn't a typo 😊
