Firstly in a large pan heat 1 tbsp butter and add 3tomato,1capsicum, 2boiled potato, 1/2tbsp salt. Saute for 2minutes

Also add 1/2cup water and mix well.

Cover and boil for 10minutes.

Mash the vegetables smoothly.

Now add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1/4tbsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp pav bhaji masala, 2tbsp coriander leaves.

Saute for a minute making sure the spices are cooked well.

Further add 1/2cup of water or as required adjusting consistency.

Boil and mash for 5minutes or till pav bhaji turns smooth and silky in texture.

Now pavbhaji is ready to serve
