Boil and peel potatoes grate and mix all ingredients together

In a pan add ghee and cumin seeds when cracked add grated potatoes and mix well now remove on a plate

In a bowl add gram flour add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, baking soda make thick paste and rest 5 minutes

Roll potatoes balls in gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil you can cook in pariyarum stand until golden brown

Batata bada is ready for serve you can enjoy it with ketchup or green chutney
