Cooking Instructions

Remove the seeds from dates.
Add dates in grinder add milk in it. Grind till fine paste is ready. - 2
Add clarified butter in pan or kadhai. Add chopped Nuts and Nuts powder in it, fry for 2 mins on low flame.

Now add dates paste, mix all ingredients very well in low to medium flame, then switch off the gas.

Let it cool down completely. After that grease your hands with clarified butter, then make the Laddu. Keep it in an airtight container for 15 days.
