Dark Chocolate Bars with Tahini, Dates, and Nuts

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramswhole tahini
  2. 200 grams60% dark chocolate
  3. 80 gramshoney
  4. 200 gramsnuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, unsalted pistachios)
  5. 100 gramschopped dates
  6. 100 gramscereal of your choice
  7. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a double boiler, combine the tahini, chocolate, and honey and heat until caramelized (45°C if you have a thermometer), or until it's warm enough to touch without burning.

    Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm (8-inch) square mold (or any mold you have).

    Spread evenly and refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut into rectangular shapes and store in a cool place.
