Take dried dates add little rose water and water to it and keep aside for 6 to 7 hours! The dates will be soft and fluffy, take out all the dates from water,make a cut from one side and remove the seed and keep all ready!

Filling: take a nonstick pan add little condensed milk,add very little ghee and keep on the stove at very low flame, add almonds and pistachios powder quickly mix it add milk powder mix it very fast,it will form like a dough, now remove it in a plate let it cool a bit..now take the slit dates add the stuffing in the center (as shown in the picture) fill rest of the dates and keep aside!

Now take almond pistachios powder in a bowl and roll the stuffed dates in it and keep ready! You can serve directly or can be packed individual in foil paper. Ready🤩
