Classic Mexican Corn
Steps

Just open the corn, pull back the husk, remove all skins.

Boil corns in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain the corns.

Apply soft butter over whole corn.

Afterwards apply a thick layer of mayonnaise.

Sprinkle few chopped coriander

Now sprinkle red chilli flakes and garlic powder

Sprinkle all over mozzarella grated cheese.

Squeeze one lime juice over each cob. You can use sweet corn also.

Classic Mexican Corn is ready to serve. Serve hot.
