Wash nicely spinach in running water two to three times. Blunch spinach and green peas with salted water for five minutes. once it is done. Keepin a cold water and drain it.

Grind spinach and green peas. Transfer to a bowl. Add mashed potatoes, corn starch, gram flour green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mango powder, roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix.....it

Divide from the mixture.Take a small ball and make a cutlet in shape.

Heat 2 tbsp oil. Shallow fry the kebab till it becomes golden brown in colour. Once it is done. Take out in a kitchen paper to drain the excess oil. Transfer to a serving plate

Ready to serve with tomato sauce
