Washed and chopped onions
Washed and chopped and cooked Carrots
Washed and chopped garlic

Add oil to a clean pot and let it be hot,add your cooked vegetables and add your scrambled eggs stir a little bit

Add your cooked/steamed couscous add your spices and seasoning live for some minutes and then off the heat.
