First of all take a big bowl and add wheat flour, bajra flour, gram flour, and semolina.

Then add chopped spinach, parsley, white sesame, black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, lemon juice, sugar, and add oil for moin.

Then mix to all ingredients and make a dough as a Puri dough.

Then after make a chankies of the dough means make a Puris but puris must be thick. Then shallow fry both sides to spread oil and shallow fry on slow flame.

Shallow fry all chankies and serve with dahi.
