Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).

Combine the butter, water, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat, add the flour, and mix well. Return to low heat for a moment, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat again, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the cheeses.

Spoon or pipe small balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
