Heat oil in a cooker and cumin seeds start crackle put chopped onion fry little brown add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste fry tomatoes little soft.

Now add masala vadi, shalgam and potato add all dry masala hing and salt. Fry till oil separated from the masala add green chillies. Now add 1/2cup of water cover the lid. 2 -3 whistle shalgam is ready.

Before serving add coriander leaves over it. It will look so tempting & delicious.
