Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsPaneer
  2. 3-4 tbspShredded cabbage
  3. 1carrot cut in thick juliennes
  4. 1/2 each red & green capsicum cut in to thick juliennes
  5. 1tomato deseed & sliced thinly lengthwise
  6. 1onion sliced lengthwise
  7. 1 bunchspring onion chopped
  8. 2green chilli slit
  9. 3-4 garlic cloves crushed
  10. 1 tspcrushed red chilli which u use in pizza
  11. 2 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Choice of your dried herbs
  12. 1/2 tsp chilli lime powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer in medium thick slice & marinate with little olive oil,salt & pepper

  2. 2

    Grill both side nicely on hot griddle. Remove from griddle & cut in to finger size after little cool

  3. 3

    Take pan;heat oil; put garlic & crushed red pepper green chilli & sauté. Now add all the veggies except tomato & sauté on high flame

  4. 4

    Add salt pepper herbs & chilli lime powder stir it

  5. 5

    Add & sliced paneer. Toss it nicely with light hand

  6. 6

    Switch off the gas take in a bowl & serve hot with lemon wedges.
