In a mixi jar grind green chilli,ginger,garlic, coriander leaves,pudina powder.

In a pan add besan roast for a min to remove raw smell.

In a bowl mash boiled suran, potato add green chilli paste add masalas,besan rice flour mix it and make kabab shapes.
- 4
Heat oil in a pan shallow fry the kababs serve with sauce and chutney.
