Ingredients

  1. Parsnips (keep the cores unless really really hard)
  2. Leek
  3. Butter beans
  4. Butter
  5. Olive oil
  6. A. little rosemary
  7. Tiny bit turmeric
  8. Black pepper
  9. White pepper
  10. Veg stock
  11. Yoghurt (some)
  12. Cream cheese (more)
  13. Sweetener

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry parsnip, leek

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients except yoghurt and cream cheese. Add water, boil until very soft

  3. 3

    Food processor

  4. 4

    Add cream cheese and yoghurt, heat up CAREFULLY - boiling will cause curdling!
