French Toast
An almost perfect breakfast or brunch.

Whisk the eggs with the sugar and milk.

Dip the slices of bread into the mixture.

You have two options for cooking: Cook the slices in a skillet with butter, browning each side, or bake them in the oven. For the oven, lightly butter a baking dish, arrange the bread slices, pour the remaining mixture over them (add more sugar if you like), and bake at 350°F (180°C) until the slices are golden brown.
