Ingredients

  • 200 gplain flour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • Milk
  • 500 mlmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients apart from oil into bowl

  2. 2

    Add enough milk until mix is creamy

  3. 3

    Whisk in bowl untill smooth

  4. 4

    Add oil and whisk further

  5. 5

    Put a very thin coat of oil in a pan

  6. 6

    Pour a small amountof batter into pan and cook evenly on both sides

  7. 7

    Enjoy with butter and salmon caviar for extra russian merit!
