Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Onion
  • Grinded pepper
  • Palm oil
  • Cubeseasoning
  • Salt
  • Frozen fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Palm oil and add grinded pepper,onion, Keep stir frying

  2. 2

    Add salt,cube seasoning and water,allow to boil and taste

  3. 3

    Add your fish(boiled) already and add your vegetable, allow to cook for 3-5 minutes

  4. 4

    Note:the fish is not visible because It was scattered,not in whole. I served mine with boiled yam.
