  • ایک چمچ دارہ سرخ مرچ
  • ایک چمچ سوکھا دھنیا
  • نمک اگر کم لگے تو اپنے ٹیسٹ کے حساب سے
  • آئل
  • آدھا چمچ گرم مصالحہ

    ایک کلو سوا کلو مرغی کے آٹھ ٹکڑے کرو ا کے اچھے سے دھو لیں۔سرکہ میں فوڈکلر ڈال کر 25سے 30 منٹ رکھ دیں۔

    دہی میں تمام مصالحے ڈال کے مکس کریں

    چکن کو سٹیم کریں۔کسے پانی کی ضرورت نہیں دہی میں سٹیم ہوگا۔
