Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpotatoes peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala

Steps

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds. Now add potatoes and roast it. Roast potatoes till lightly golden brown. Add spices and mix well. Cook for two minutes and serve hot.
