Ingredients

  • 11/2 cupboiled rice
  • 3/4 cupchopped mix.. carrot, capsicum and onion
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped spring onion greens
  • 2 tbspschezwan sauce
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 2 tbspoil
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In wok heat oil,add chopped carrot, capsicum and onion pieces. Saute for 5 mins.

    Add boiled rice, schezwan sauce and soya sauce, spring onion greens,salt if required. Mix gently.
