Pav bhaji

First of all, cut the vegetable then in the cooker Boil water adding salt and a pinch of turmeric powder.

Put in the vegetable and steam well, ready to onion, ginger, garlic paste.

Blend the tomatoes into a paste.

Boiled green peas, ready for Onion paste, tomato paste, chopped onion, chopped Capsicum and coriander,lemon.

Now heat oil in a pan add rai, Asafoetida, curry leaves, bay leaves and the fry onion and Capsicum.

Now add ginger, garlic, onion paste, then add the masala.

Then add spices and cook, now add tomatoes paste and green peas, mash all then put it in the gravy and mix it well.

Now put lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and butter on top and our vegetables ready.

Now add ghee in a pan and toast the pav.

Then serve hot with chopped onion, beetroot, and carrots on the Sabzi.
