Eggs, luncheon meat, spinach, mushrooms, carrots, seaweed. Just use whatever colourful ingredient that is left in the fridge.

Eggs, luncheon meat, spinach, mushrooms, carrots, seaweed. Just use whatever colourful ingredient that is left in the fridge.

Cook rice, add salt, vinegar and sesame oil.

Make egg rolls using 4 eggs on a pan.

Stir fry spinach with garlic and salt, dry aside. Stir fry carrots, set aside. Stir fry mushrooms with black pepper and salt, set aside.

Lay rice on a seaweed and add ingredients in rows and start rolling using cling wrap. Cut into bite-size pieces.
