Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupseedless dates or about
  2. 1 tablespoongolden raisins (raisins)
  3. almonds or ¼ cup almonds (badam)
  4. 1/4 cupcashews or
  5. 1/4 cuppistachios or
  6. walnuts or ¼ cup walnuts
  7. 3 tablespoonwhite sesame seeds (safed til)
  8. 1 teaspoondesi ghee
  9. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  10. For samosa
  11. Khoya-250gm
  12. Coconut powder3tlbs
  13. Sugar-2tbls

Cooking Instructions

    Roast dry fruits in microwave for 30seconds
    pulse the dry fruits for 3 to 4 times or more till you get them in small bits and pieces. don' t make a powder or paste. you can also chop them finely..

    Remove the coarse mixture of dry fruits and keep aside

    Heat 1 tsp desi ghee in a pan. add dates paste.
    Fry till Dates and absolve all ghee

    Add grinding dry fruits into it

    Roast khoya in slow heat but not change the colour
    Add coconut powder sugar to khoya and mix well

  6. 6

    Make small balls spread on palm fill with dates mixture and shape like modak.apply vark.(optional)
